20 days late no.period,.negative test

Hello. I flow regularly every month but for some reason this month its super late. I had painful cramps couple days after christmas, food.cravings (ive never craved.for.ever), discharge,.implantation bleeding. I.dont know.what else to do. Please drop.down some.ideas to.help.me!!!! Tia.
