Low 21 Day Progesterone

So my NP wanted to check my 21 day progesterone and it came back at a 3.27 ☹️. This essentially means that I didn’t ovulate. I don’t know how to feel. If any of you were on birth control pills for nearly 10 years, did you ovulate right away after coming off?

I’m just feeling a little bummed that I’m the problem ☹️
