Hi Ladies, so my periods have been regular and irregular since last summer. I’m not exactly sure what’s going on at this point . I was kinda thinking it could be perimenopause since I am turning 40 soon . I haven’t seen a OB yet since I don’t have medical insurance at this time. Here is my cycle list. I just need some advice or opinions. Is there anything I could take to jump start it so it will come ? I haven’t took a pregnancy test yet bc I don’t have any symptoms. Thank you in advance !
