Comments about weight gain during pregnancy

Hi 👋🏻

This is my 8th pregnancy, 3rd baby who’s thriving. I currently have 2 little boys and am 12 weeks with our 3rd and last baby. Before getting pregnant, I finally made it to my pre-pregnancy weight from my first pregnancy (114lbs). 2 months after losing all the weight, I found out I was pregnant.

I literally eat everything in sight just about during this pregnancy which is obviously making my weight gain worse than it has been before.

My husband has been saying remarks about me eating and how much I’m eating, not only to my face but to our ultrasound tech, his friend and his mom (that I know of). Just yesterday I ate a yogurt and went back for another one and his comment to me was “wow, one wasn’t enough?”

Honestly I’m upset, and I’m sure some of its hormones, but damn. I hate feeling like I’m being repulsed by my own husband. I confronted him about it, he owned up to it and apologized. But it still just upsets me. I already hate the fact I’m gaining weight, but I also understand I’m growing my 3rd child.

Anyone else put down by their husbands during pregnancy??
