Curious if anyone reduced their hours using PMFL during their maternity leave? My husband is home and is planning to watch the baby 3 days a week, as his work is super flexible. And my parents are gonna take her the other two days ( we are truly so lucky). Im thinking of taking a portion of my leave full time, and then maybe going back a little early part time so I can spend some more weeks part time at home with my daughter.

Did anyone do this and feel like it was worth it? The thought of going back full time after 18ish weeks off and having him home and me missing out seems like a big adjustment. Do you think this is an easier way back?
