Sore crotch?

21 weeks and my crotch feels sore when i lift my left leg or walk. Is that normal? I dont get to see my OBGYN for another week and half

Normal I got this with my second and with this one it hurts so bed mine is mostly after I’ve been in bed or sat for a while. Or if I’ve done too much the day before I’m in pain the day after 😫 have a pregnancy belt to try help but I didn’t get much relief from it last pregnancy and it was at its worst by birth but did go away right after. Hang in there we’re over half way there!

I’ve dealt with it during my second pregnancy and again with my third now. You can Google about pelvic girdle pain and/or Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction.
