I need all my moms on her to help me out

I got my last Period on November 19 the pink heart 🩷 is when I had sex after that I statics to spot from December 26 all the way to January 9 I went to my first OB/GYN appointment yesterday and they did a sonogram on me and they didn’t find anything so that means I’m only one week and 4 days in my pregnancy 🤰 if I’m counting it right they did blood work and and a urine test and it came out positive . I have to go back to my OB/GYN on Monday for more bloodwork but I am so confused so if I’m counting it right, my last period was January 9 so that means my baby is due October. I need help. This is the first time that this happened to me after I had my 2 miscarriage this pregnancy is so different I am so confused I need you guys help thank u
