Which one was easier for you ? If you count the recovery, pain, duration etc. If you could, which one would you choose to do?

I heard vaginal birth has also a good impact on baby?

I have experienced Vaginal with (3rd baby ) and without epidural (1st and 2nd babies ). After having an epidural i have had ongoing tailbone and back pain. For my 4th I wont be using an epidural

I had a planned C-section with my first because she was breech. With my second I had a VBAC because I was a good candidate for it. Each had their own pros and cons in different ways. For my C-section it was nice knowing what day she was going to be born and basically had an almost guaranteed idea of how my delivery day would look. For my second, I went into labor naturally, which was just a little harder just with the unknown and having it totally opposite from my first. Recovery for both were challenging but ultimately my recovery after my VBAC was easier. Csections are MAJOR abdominal surgeries and having to not only care for yourself and making sure your incision is healing properly, you also have to take care of a brand new baby. Ultimately, if the choice is yours, I 100% would recommend not having a csection if you can prevent it. Hope this helps!

C-section with first baby because baby wasn’t coming down after dilating 10cm, never knew why. Recovery was awful because I couldn’t pee without the foley for almost 2 weeks and was extremely constipated to make it worse. Couldn’t bent and because depressed quickly after breastfeeding my girl. Now, fast forward 5 years Im 31 weeks and really asking God for a Vbac.

I definitely wouldn’t elect to have a c-section. 
Vaginal birth with both kids, epidural both times but it didn’t work with my second and left me with random shooting pains in my lower back and left side. It was extremely painful because it wasn’t placed correctly. I had a 2nd degree tear with my first and no tearing with my second. I will plan to do a vaginal delivery with no epidural when we have our third.

Emergency C section with my youngest and natural without epidural for my first. I did have minimal pain for the c section and even then the CRAZY natural labor pain is worth it to not have a c section. Hoping for VBAC. Could do almost anything after just 1 day after my natural birth. After c section 6 weeks of trouble.

Induced for all 3, vaginal births for all w epidural .. tore a little with the first two & no tear with the third. The postpartum seemed to get easier with each baby, although the baby blues seemed to get worse with each baby lol. Only lasted a few days though.. that seemed to be the hardest thing about postpartum to me

Induced with both,, no epidural for first but with second baby I got epidural but it didn’t work and it was already too late. My body was already trying to push him out when they were giving me an epidural 😫😫😫😫

Induced for both, Epidural for both, slight tear with both, easy recovery for both and planning on getting Epidural for my 3rd in April!

Induced on a Monday and had to have a c section on the Wednesday. The c section recovery was not as bad as I taught it would be I even walked home from the hospital 5 days after c section. I stayed in longer due to having a spinal leak and needing a blood patch(I only live 5 min walk from the hospital)
