6cm, should I go to the hospital?

5 days ago my doctor checked me and I was 6cm dilated. Not sure if I am anymore but I don’t feel any contractions just period cramps that come and go but today I feel soooo much pressure and also like a burning sensation down there idk if I should call my midwife or go in I don’t want to be sent home because I don’t think I’m having contractions. What should I do?

Absolutely go in - once your in active labour I wasn’t allowed to leave the hospital until the baby was here. I was 5cm when I got to the hospital

4-5cm is considered active labor. Contractions or not yes you should go in. Because you can progress very fast sometimes
