Help with return to work date!
I’m scheduled to have surgery on Friday 1/26. My doctor wrote a leave of absence note for 2 weeks seen below. I’m taking this as my last day of leave is 2/9 and I return on the next working day which is Monday?
However my FMLA approval shows as below
Does this mean I have to return on the 9th????
