Turning 4 months, what should my baby able to do now?

My baby is turning 4 months in few days, but he still doesnt want to/able to grab toys in front of him on his own.
For tummy time he refuses to do more than 10 minutes. His head can tilt up to 60ish degrees, but often tendency to tilt more on the right side. Should i be worried about it?

You can try a baby gym. I found it helpful, the hanging toys make them curious and encourages lifting their head to look and grab.

Unless your doctor tells you they are concerned, you shouldn’t worry. Every baby develops at their own pace, some prioritize certain milestones over others and develop those first. All my babies have hated tummy time so I didn’t do it as much either.

All babies are different to be honest so if you are worried you should speak to your dr or health visitor. 
As for tummy time my little boy hates it still at 5 months old some don’t like tummy time much. Always staying at one side can lead to flat head so make sure you get that looked at. My boy had a flat head started at a young age but thankfully it’s more in shape now after doing physio classes.
