High risk with lots of appointments ?

Is anyone else in this group high risk? I’m 33 weeks and at this point I have a minimum of 3 appointments per week. It’s exhausting and I feel like it’s a full time job at this point! Today my NST took longer than normal because I was having too many contractions and baby’s heart rate kept dipping. 
I’m so ready for March to be here, but I’m so nervous this baby will come too early. Is anyone else high risk and stressed out?

Yes, but I’m not stressing out about it. Fortunately my job has flexible scheduling for my role and I can plan my shifts around my doctors appointments. I’ve had multiple appointments a month with doctors for years now, so I’m used to it. I’ve known that I would be high risk before I was pregnant because of a history of medical issues. I also had an open myomectomy and the surgeon said that any pregnancy I had after that would be a C-section delivery. They don’t want me going into natural labor or my uterus could rupture. Anyway, I’ve always known that I would be high risk and I’m okay with it. The pregnancy has been going very smooth so far and I’m looking forward to getting my surgery date.

Yep! Twice weekly NSTs, 1 weekly doc appt, and 1 monthly growth scan. Luckily I work for myself but I haven’t been able to get anything done!! And I have a very needy 1 year old. Needless to say, I’m tired 🫠🫠😭

Kinda. Mine is advanced maternal age, gestational diabetes, and my moms celebration of life tomorrow with the added background stress of being the sole provider and hoping I have enough time saved to be paid for my time off. Scheduled possibly for 2/26 C-section but they haven’t said for sure yet. And if I have to start insulin for the GD, then I have to go from once a week NST to twice a week. And that means more things drawn from my saved up time.

I’m officially high risk for the second time, have gestational diabetes in this pregnancy just like my second pregnancy. I left the Dr office yesterday and scheduled 13 appointments before I left 😵‍💫 NSTs twice a week and seeing a Dr or midwife every week til induction 🥲🙃

Yep! Baby is IUGR with a previous history of preeclampsia in my last pregnancy so ever since baby was diagnosed at 28 weeks I’ve been having 3 appts a week, 2 with my regular ob and one with MFM and that one I have to drive an hour away. I’ll be 32 weeks on Sunday and already over it but also glad my doctors are monitoring me closely.

Yes I’m having twins so automatically treated as high risk with the same 3 appts one with MFM and 2 NSTs weekly I’m 32 weeks and 2 days. I have a high deductible insurance plan and the cost of each of the MFM appts are killing me. Trying not to stress is hard but i don’t need it trying to keep these babies in as long as possible and not cause any BP issues. Other than being pregnant with twins there has been nothing high risk about my pregnancy. Grateful for the precautions but it’s so expensive for prenatal care for twins!

Yes 😵 Twice weekly NSTs, one with a doctor visit after and US every month with high risk doctor. I have GD and polyhydramnios with a big girl on the way
