Boots pregnancy strips: VERY faint second line??

Question

Am I going mad? Does anyone see a VERY faint pink second line on this Boots test strip?
I’m 2 or 3 days late… some mild cramping but nothing yet. Been feeling nauseous, dizzy and fatigued in the last couple of weeks but could be put down to other causes.

I retested the very next morning (Saturday) and although I though I could see something, this was even lighter (more of a non existent shadow)than the one I shared from the day before. 
I had actually miscalculated as my period was only due yesterday but still no show. The doctor contacted me to let me know that general blood results (no hcg test done) showed low vitamin D and low Folic Acid, so I’m not sure what’s up.
Waiting to retest again today as I’m now 1 day late, still have sore nipples, occasional dizziness and odd nausea.
