Did I ovulate?

Did I ovulate this cycle? 
I have no clue why my temps can never really reach 98F or higher. Is having low temps a sign of hypothyroidism?

Answer

Looks like cd14 could be ovulation day. You should be temping at the same time every morning though. Your chart wont be as accurate.
