Progesterone suppositories

Can someone recommend the best way to use vaginal progesterone suppositories? It doesn't fully go inside My vagina and iam not used to putting things like tampons inside of My vagina. But whenever I put the suppositories inside some still sticks out like it's not fully going inside and when I wake up in the morning My panties have the cream medicine inside of it. Is this normal? Please assist thanks!
