Cramps after sex

So the past couple times my husband and I had sex, we would finish and I would get cramps all up in my pelvis area, going to my lower abs and even my butt area. W shave had sex consistently for about a year since we have been married but these last two times have been a bit more rough for me. I felt like a dull ache from my uterus. Not like a period cramp, more like the cramp I would get after I go get my Pap smear appointment. It went away in about 30 minutes. Am I in danger of anything or any damage or anything like that?
