Low Amh protocol

Hey those with a lower amh or poor responders, what protocol did you do for suppressing before stims? I struggle with getting more mature follicles I tend to always have a dominant follicle, my amh is 1.26 I’m 30 and I seem to respond fast and get a lot of eggs but few mature, example my last cycle I got 13 eggs but only 3 mature. Wondering if it comes down to the suppression method before hand, I’ve tried lupron and estrogen priming, I still seem to always have a dominant follicle though and afraid birth control might suppress me too much.
