Broken. Need advice or just someone to listen.

I have endometriosis, i have one tube completely blocked. I have 4 children. My first I conceived naturally at 19. My 2nd 4 years later with the help of a fertility dr. My 3&4th were twin boys, carried them till 27 weeks and lost them, also conceived with the help of a fertility dr. Ive been wanting to try for one last baby so i have have all my female reproductive organs removed. I know i can only have children with the help of the fertility dr. Im just so heartbroken, that i have to struggle to conceive and pay hundreds to thousands of dollars to have a baby. I just need someone to talk to and vent to. Please no mean or awful comments.
