Anyone else experience this?

I just got my hcg results it only raised a little over 1000 from sat night to Monday morning:( has any one had this happen? I’m trying to stay positive but I’m losing hope :(

I could really use some cheering up . I was in the er all yesterday due to an ultrasound tech couldn’t see my pregnancy 5 weeks , well long story short I’m on ectopic pregnancy watch 😞 it’s not for sure baby could just be really small or earlier than my last period predicts or a twin is stuck in the tubes 😞 they could see something in my uterus but it’s so small and my hcg is high . Has anyone had this happen and everything be ok ? I’m so sad right now .

Update : I saw an OB today he sees the sac but also sees a lot of blood behind it , he mentioned could be a miscarriage but only time will tell 😞
