Peppermints while pregnant?
Peppermint candy while pregnant??
I’ve had a cough so got some peppermints to hopefully help it. But I’ve read conflicting things in regards to peppermints while pregnant. Are they safe?
I’m in first trimester (6 weeks tomorrow) and seeing OB in 3 weeks so not sure if I could take cough drops. That’s why I got the peppermints.
