Thoughts ?sex

So I’m going to get a small rundown on my previous relationship from months ago. I was with him for two years, and I always had reoccurring UTIs. The UTI have gotten bad to the point that I had to go to the ER once and was diagnosed with a kidney infection . Any who, I also had BV every now and then. And to add on I also had very, very bad period cramps while with him.

Anyways, we’ve broken up for a while now and now I’m dating someone new. We’ve been dating for months now and of course we’re active. I found it amazing that I didn’t have any horrible period cramps since my last relationship. I usually don’t like to be around people while I’m cramping because of the pain but while I’m with my new boyfriend, I feel normal as if my period isn’t even on. I barely have any cramps at all. & I haven’t gotten not one UTI since. Or BV. Can anyone explain this? Is it a sign that he’s the one.
