yesterday was Valentines day and we didnt really do anything besides swap gifts... like no love making or lovey dovey anything... my husband says its cos we are still tired looking after our 4month old... but them why am craving affection and sexy time? I feel like he's not feeling that sexual with me... am i trippin' or rushing idk!

His feelings are valid about being tired from the children. Just because you are still up for it doesn’t mean he has to be. 
Wanting to have sex on a day that is meant to be romantic isn’t a crime. Just try and talk to him, see if there is anything you can do to boost his libido.
