Spicy foods for labor induction?

Did this work for anyone? My doctors want to schedule an induction and im trying to avoid it. My first i never dilated and needed induction medication, this time Ive finally dilated 1cm over one week.

It won’t work. Nothing will work unless baby and your body are ready. 
Also you have every right to deny that induction suggestion. Drs can’t make you do anything you don’t want. So if it’s not medically necessary then you should decline the induction.

yeah a bumpy car ride , mixed with me just recently eating spicy salsa on some tacos worked for me . i had also got a membrane sweep. this was 5 years ago
