Haven’t had sex in nine months

2 years ago there was something abnormal found on my cervix and whenever my fiancé and I would have sex. Having intercourse would hurt. And it’s been 9 months since we have had sex because I’m scared it’s going to hurt. And there is no intimacy or any affection at all. He told me when it was late at night tonite that he was horny all day. I told him it would have been nice to know that earlier. I have a busy schedule between work and school. So we hardly get to have time where we could have sex.
