My mom is a dog abuser part 1

 My mom has a litter of Pomeranians… They never come in the house.

They are always outside in the cage and she doesn’t feed them proper food. She will give them bones…

If not, whatever leftovers they have even if it’s just rice.

 The last two died and we don’t have any idea why…

I have called aspca more than once because she has abused the dogs in front of my two kids, which including stomping in the head, striking to the head hanging against the gate, I only know this, because my kids told me one day .

mind y’all these are small, miniature dogs not to mention the one she was hanging, was not even six month old puppy she had bought prior to the incident.

 I offered to take one of the dogs to save it considering another one which was her sister died last month.

Mind you I am 32 years old, and this lady threatens me to not sell her dog and basically puts permissions as far as what I can do with the dog as if I am renting it.. 

I don’t know how to feel about the situation as far as should I sell it somewhere else and let her put charges on me and then I can testify in court, or is there another way to do this?

I really don’t want anything to do with this lady, because she is very despicable and she deserves to be in jail believe it or not, and she is my mother…

Then again, I’m thinking forget the dog and bless his soul, because I don’t want any parts of it… thoughts?

Sn: I also have called ASPCA and sent them over there and they told me I needed photos…

A lot of times she would pull a BB gun out on the dogs if they got too loud and would shoot them Id try my best to record it far as the times when I was over there.

I mentioned to her multiple xs not to do that to those dogs and in front of my kids, but it never stopped her..

I don’t know what I’m going to do when I get this dog…

Her sister has died, as well as her other little brother and all she is used to trauma..

 I literally just got into a heated argument with my mother for her trying to make accusations that I wanted to sell her dog to get weed for my significant other which in reality I don’t need a single cent from her or those dogs..

it’s like I’m renting the dog and it’s me walking on eggshells to keep it basically!

 I don’t want nothing to do with the situation
