Very red feet and ankles with white splotches?

35w pregnant and my feet and ankles get really red (sort of purple even) when I stand still and it doesn’t have to be long at all, it’ll start within like 10 seconds. They also get covered in white splotches that aren’t raised. There’s no itching or pain, maybe just some pressure and some swelling but it improves if I start moving. Though it does leave some tingly sensations after. I’ll bring it up at my appointment next week but does this sound to anyone like something I should get looked into sooner? My blood pressure has been good at my appointments so far.
