Please help.. 18 day late period & negative test

I’m very confused I’m having lots of pregnancy symptoms similar to my first pregnancy but testing negative. I can say I’m really regular and I wouldn’t say I’m stressed. We are TTC.. i did have EWCM on the time my period was due so i wonder if i ovulated late, but my period still should have come by now.

I just wonder if anyone was testing negative for a while but turned out to be pregnant?
