Are spicy noodles ok during breastfeeding?

My son is currently 3 months old and I breastfeed him but I’ve been craving these spicy noodles. If any of y’all know about these they’re really spicy and I’m just wondering how long does the spice if any stays in the breastmilk ?

Lool I couldn’t eat anything unless it was spicy through out breastfeeding my second PERFECT daughter. And when I say spices I mean really SPICY.

Just see how baby reacts to it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ people say to avoid cabbage while BF but everytime I ate it and nursed, my baby couldn’t get enough and always slept so well. For us cabbage was like the miracle food.
