False Labor? Anyone experienced

Today I woke up with mild cramps around 7, it started to progress to contractions and I started to track. They were about 6-10 mins apart, 45 secs long, and last from 7am up until 1:30. I called the midwife and let them know that it maybe go time. I decided to wait for the 4-1-1 before leaving, then at 2pm, they just stopped. Followed by mild cramps and that’s it.
lol I was so excited that I was in real labor. Have anyone experienced this?
