can i get pregnant with the nexplanon?😳

so um this month was weird got my period twice idk why.. the beginning of the month it lasted 3-4 days red blood then i got my period last week for only 2-3 days.. brown dark blood.😳 i never had this before been having my regular periods monthly bright red. obviously i have unprotected sex without nothing with my husband. but i had this birth control already since 2022 and ill be taking it off next year in 2025. .. my boobs have been hurting and i been emotional and just not myself kinda... i hope i am not pregnant 😕 we cannot afford another baby. doctor said i am fine having unprotected sex..
