Slow heart beat

I had a second scan due to more bleeding. They found blood around the sack which they aren't to concerned about. They are more concerned over baby's slow heart beat. I'm measuring 6weeks 4 days. They didn't tell me how many bpm just said it was really slow and I'm at high risk of miscarriage. Is there still a chance baby's heart beat could get faster and this pregnancy can continue. I have to go back to have another scan in 2 weeks. Please tell me there's still hope
