Hey ladies, I need some advice

So I’m not particularly friendly with my bfs family , specifically mom and sister (especially the sister ) everyone else I get along with great and I don’t 100% trust them especially with my unborn child. I have some boundaries I’d like to set for both sides of the family but his side are a little on the defensive side and have to counter argue every thing that doesn’t please them. I was wondering how to approach them with these boundaries. •Should I rip the bandaid off and just have a sit down ?

•set boundaries as I go when he gets here?

•Or what have you do to set boundaries for baby?

If it helps, his sister has not said a single word to me since we announced the pregnancy and his mom is playing nice right now but she has told me once before that i “would never be apart of their family” and many other things🙄.

I’m just not sure what to do and I do want my baby to know both sides and build bonds but personally I rather him stay FAR away until they respect me😅
