Bleeding after foley bulb

Hi! Just looking for some insight. I’m 40w5d and I got the foley bulb yesterday. It fell out after 4 hours meaning it got me from a 1 to 3cm! However I’ve had blood similar to my period and mucus since. Anybody else experience this? Baby is still moving around. Thank you.

My midwife said blood is normal I’m just anxious
