Tmi questions : pregnant discharge

Hi ladies ,

I’m going on 13 weeks pregnant , and today I have had a lot of clear discharge . Is this something I should be concerned About ? I don’t think this has happened during the entire pregnancy so I’m just a bit concerned that it could mean something is wrong with the baby.

I’ve had two early miscarriages before this at 6 weeks and 9 weeks , so im a smidge more worried than most.
