So i havent posted one of these in a while, and sharing my progress has had its fair share of down votes :( TW// but im a recovering bulimic who also suffered with binge eating cycles ive lost well over 75lbs (34kg) through fitness and deficit and since then my MH has improved and my general health. So i wonder as my meals are getting boring, if anyone has any fun recipes to share?! More protein based if possible!
