THC use during pregnancy?

I have a condition that cause SEVERE & extreme pain when I have flare ups, THC is the ONLY thing that’s given relief. This is not used for fun or to get high, this is not being taken lightly at all, I feel like a horrible mother and pray that I don’t have to use it more than once or twice. Has anyone used THC while pregnant & delivered baby okay & healthy? Please no judgement, like I said, this is not being taken lightly for me, but after days of extreme pain, I am mentally, emotionally, and physically depleted…. Please, and kind words? 😭
