Can anyone help to explain my er visit today?

I am 4+3 today. Went to ER per recommendation from my ob who won’t see me until 8 weeks. Even though I’ve had previous losses and an ectopic. I have some bleeding that’s only noticeable when I wipe and is a brown/bricky color.( reason for the visit)

I complained of normal slight burning sensational cramps and a pinch like cramp on my right side.

They are all for calling it an ectopic bc they weren’t able to see a sac and my levels are 2245.

They said this cyst on my ovary could be a corpus luteum bc I’m pregnant which is supposed to be on one of my ovaries anyways bc I’m pregnant and it produces progesterone until about 12 weeks or An ectopic bc they didn’t find a sac. My thing is, I am 4+3. There is a good chance even with hcg that high that they can’t see anything yet. Bc it’s not even an embryo yet. And there was nothing on my right tube so this has to be the corpus luteum right? I mean regardless is should be on one of my ovaries….Any insight? I mean I am beyond devestated. The bleeding doesn’t help at all! But I’m to go back in two days to check my betas again. I only found out Tuesday I’m pregnant and i loved seeing that dye stealer.

Ps I’ve had two losses and one previous ectopic.
