Horrible back acne

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I have had AWFUL bacne 🤢 does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on what I can do to help prevent this from happening? I've purchased so many body acne creams, sprays, washes etc and nothing seems to help. Maybe it's my diet?? I have no idea but it is so embarrassing and so frustrating. I would love suggestions from any of you ladies who may have had this problem before
