15 days late and no period

My cycle is irregular and I’ve had all the pregnancy symptoms.

Its 41 days approximately and i went to the doctor to see what my hcg level was at. It was at a 3 so they said not pregnant what else could be up? Just curious if anyone else has been in my boat
