11 days late and still no period!!

I’m on day 38 of my cycle and I’ve never ever had this happen to me the other two times I missed my period I was pregnant both times. I lost the last one last year in June. We are TTC but it’s just our second cycle trying. I keep trying to look up stuff and find anything that would make sense. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor and he couldn’t get me in until April 24th…it’s March 9th. Me and my BF were hoping this would be it but nothing but BFNs so far. I usually find out i’m pregnant at 6 weeks or later but idk this time. I’m still holding out hope. I’ve had plenty of symptoms including lots of nausea and sore boobs. I’m just confused and sad. I keep seeing everyone getting their positives and I already feel discouraged. I know it’s early in our journey to feel this way but I just really want another baby. Let me know what you guys think.
