Blood pressure 🤔
So, I've been struggling with LOW blood pressure since the beginning of my pregnancy. Like sometimes it drops down to the 90s over low 50s to mid 40s. I'm drinking water.... I have added more sodium to my diet... I'm eating as regularly as I can... And still having issues. And I've noticed that sometimes with my cramps, it'll drop. (I thought pain raised blood pressure, not dropped it....) I've brought this up to my OB multiple times, and she says it's normal. I know lower blood pressure is normal during the beginning of pregnancy. But like I feel it shouldn't be getting low to the point I'm dizzy as hell and hardly able to function at times.... My question is, can the way the baby is positioned in there drop your blood pressure? I've tried Google, and only come up with articles on how to deal with low blood pressure 🤣🤣
