Should we BD tonight or no

I tested for my peak on 3/7 i tested in the afternoon held my urine and finally got a peak. 3/8, it tested no surge but i did not hold my pee and it was later in the afternoon.

Would i still count that and it would move my ovulation to the 3/7???

I’ve been super extra crampy. Like extensive compared to previous cycles. I also had a bunch egg white cervical mucus yesterday. Should we be tonight to be safe or no?
