Mama's with gestational diabetes, before you found out for sure did you have any symptoms? I am 35 this is my 3rd baby and this time I have been exhausted this whole pregnancy. I've entered the 3rd trimester I have my gestational diabetes test this week but I am freaking out because I've never been this exhausted with my other two pregnancies. I know it doesn't help that I'm not sleeping at night due to back pain and I have a 2 year old. But any advice would be helpful.
