I found blood in my baby’s poop

Ladies my son has been having acid reflux & here recently he’s been constipated some days and other days he pooped fine he’s also on a different formula bc of his acid reflux but anyways he finally pooped after 3 days of not & it looks like this im so beyond worried about my baby boy he doesn’t seem any different to me he’s not running a temperature at all & doesnt seem any more fussy than usual can y’all help me out please until tmrw when I can actually get ahold of his dr 🥲
