Unexplained secondary infertility

Seriously in need of encouragement. I had my daughter 3 years ago and we got pregnant on the first try. Now we have been trying for two years for a second and it’s been so emotional. Nothing seems to be wrong. Just two years of negatives and now I’m seriously going through depression. We’ve tried all the supplements and natural things. Looking for advice on other things to try/encouragement.
