Pregnant 5months pp

Me and my husband already have 3 beautiful girls together ages 5 , almost 2 on the 28th and a 6 month month old (now) ever since my youngest was born , I’ve been praying and crying out to God for a baby boy in our future to complete our family .. I was thinking maybe 2-3 years down the road .. go back to Feb 25 th .. my mom had taken my oldest 2 girls for the weekend , we had some “mommy and daddy time “ I took an ovulation test and it came back completely negative the line was super faint plus I was taking the pill .. We thought we were in the clear then on March 5th I got a faint positive on FR 6 days sooner my period was supposed to start March 11th .. then I also took a clear blue digital 6 days sooner came back pregnant .. All my God believers .. is it possible that he decided the time for my boy is now ? (Even if it’s another girl she will be completely and totally loved) please no rude comments .. just it shocked me I’ve been crying out to god to bless us with a boy in our future , the negative ovulation test and me being on the pill I used an ovulation calculator and it says with my cycle length my ovulation day would have been the 25th .. could this be all in Gods plan ?
