15+ days of bleeding, help

I’m so confused. I started my period on March 7 and think that it ended March 11/12, because it seemed like I was spotting. But I’ve now had days of regular light bleeding and I have no idea why. I took a pregnancy test to make sure I’m not miscarrying and it was negative. I contacted my doctor and she said it’s not uncommon but in the 30 years of having a pretty regular period, I’ve never known this to happen. I’m also 38 and TTC 1 year now, so I’m also kinda worried. Is this normal??!?!!? I have no idea if I actually ovulated because I’m waiting on my Oura to confirm that that I did. My Clue app has a completely different period and ovulation schedule now because of all of this. This is so confusing.
