Severe back pain 😩

Anyone ever had back pain for 3 days that’s unbearable? I don’t have any bleeding and contractions are here and there (not consistent). I called the OB on call and she seems to think I may have pulled a muscle. If that’s the case, any natural remedy for muscle relaxer? I’m miserable. I really don’t want to take meds unless I necessarily have to. It’s hurts when I breathe, my husband has to help me up from laying down.. I just feel like one wrong move and I’m done for. I really need some relief!
