Piercing bump or acne?

I just downsized on my nose piercing, I was wondering if it’s just a piercing bump or acne spot?

Keloid. salt water rinse or t tree oil on q-tip should help

Piercing bump. Keloids grow bigger . Salt water rinse until its gone

The metal may not be suiting you. Please get either titanium or gold (ask a trusted piercer for the type)
Also, use sterile saline wound wash instead of salt water. 
I had the same issue, turns out salt water didn’t make a difference, the metal and type of jewellery was wrong (moved from twist to flat back stud)

Definitely a keloid. Get tea tree oil and apply it when you wake up and when you go to sleep on a Qtip. It’ll be gone in no time.

Ughh.the dreaded piecing bump. I had one for ages the only thing that solved.it was repeatedly sprayin with antiseptic spray as much as possible.
