Tomorrows my 6 week scan. Terrified after loss

Excited / nervous for tomorrow. I am 6 weeks pregnant after a very stressful rollercoaster pregnancy late last year that after continuous, bleeding, bed rest and progesterone finally ended in loss and a d&c at 13 weeks :(

I feel I have slight PTSD about attending a scan but I need to put my mind at ease that everything is at least in the right place and growing as it should be.

I do have morning sickness this time where I didn't last time so hoping that's a good sign.
